TripleNine has a quality assurance system that complies with Australian standards and is based on ISO 9001. The system covers all areas required in the Biopharm industry, from the handling and storage of critical parts and fittings, through to final check of equipment list and tick sheet recording of installed equipment as per drawings. All orbital and manual weld procedures have been tested and certified.
We pride ourselves in understanding the compliance needs of the client and provide as a set of a fully documented QA package to suite their relevant industry upon completion of the project or modification to existing systems.
For example if the work was related to the pharmaceutical industry, An equipment qualification documentation would be submitted which includes design, installation and operational qualification package.
