TripleNine was formed in 2004 as a result of the strategic alliance of J.P.R. Brooks Pty Ltd (trading as Jweld) and Achill Engineering Pty Limited. Both companies have been successfully operating for in excess of ten years, combining their resources and expertise. The result is a company involved in all areas of design and fabrication of stainless steel process systems for the Pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. We pride ourselves in understanding and servicing the needs of our clients.

All works are completed within the time frame and scope of works provided. Work outside of the scope of works can be accomplished at a predetermined schedule of rates or fixed price.
TripleNine will quote as a lump sum tender price or carry out works on a do and charge basis in line with our predetermined schedule of rates. We are happy to provide flexibility in this area to cater specifically for your needs.

Triplenine has a core labour force of 52 personnel, based in Sydney , which are made up of experienced qualified tradesmen and trades assistants. Our General Manager who has 8 years experience in the construction build and commissioning industry with a previous leading international process design company in the biopharm industry. We also employ a Sales Manager to ensure present and existing client's needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Only fully insured, quality approved subcontractors are used on large projects as and when necessary. TripleNine has a preferred subcontractor core who upon approval of the client, are called upon for larger projects
TripleNine has a quality assurance system that complies with Australian standards and is based on ISO 9001. The system covers all areas required in the Biopharm industry, from the handling and storage of critical parts and fittings, through to final check of equipment list and tick sheet recording of installed equipment as per drawings. All orbital and manual weld procedures have been tested and certified. We can provide the customer with a fully documented QA package upon completion of the project or modification to existing systems.
